The knife is a lot more lightweight that the same older one that I was trying to replace, but it is still a nice knife. Unfortunately the leather sheath that came with it was so twisted and deformed that the knife would not go into it without poking through the side. Totally useless. I am disappoint...

Good appearance and like the fact a sheath was included. Remains sharp after extensive use only requiring minimal honing. Only negative aspect which is not impacting function is handle rivets are developing rust along with the bolster. Do not believe these parts are stainless.

Got this one as a gift for my son, knowing he needed a good filet/boning blade. Only reason it's not a 5 star is that this same model used to come razor sharp, and although adequate, this did not come quite to that level of sharpness. A good, fine honing will fix this though.

I have a very old version of this same knife and it is built a bit better than the these newer ones but the newer ones are still IMO one of the best filet knives on the market.

I bought one of these knives years ago, not the same quality. skimpy and fragile. really disappointed.

the price was good, but the product was not up to my expectations.
