Australian Sunscreens: Ultra Violette Review + Subcision Acne Scar Chat!

 This is an Australian-based sunscreen company.

 The good thing about Australian sunscreens

 is that the label Broad Spectrum in Australia,

 like in Europe, means that the UVA protection factor value,

 the UVAPF, is at least one third of the SPF.

 So I'm only reviewing two sunscreens today,

 and that's the Supreme Screen and the Clean Screen.

 that's a zinc oxide-only tinted sunscreen,

 and that's a chemical sunscreen that is very, very glowy,

 and that's why I didn't choose to buy it.

 Lean Screen did not come out when I ordered these products,

 The reason why I smuggled Australian sunscreens over

 is because I thought they'd be perfect for me.

 They were high SPF, good UVA protection factor.

 a UVA protection factor of 10 on regular days.

 I'd like it to be more if possible, higher if possible,

 and one that offers blue light protection

 through the inclusion of iron oxides to give a tint.

 Now, these do include iron oxides in there,

 for all of the formulas, less than half a percent,

 for all of the formulas except for Lean Screen,

 the all zinc, 20% zinc tinted sunscreen.

 And for me, you also know that blue light

 because I'm very prone to hyperpigmentation.

 And so I know that's why I always wear a tinted sunscreen.

 because they actually quantify their blue light protection.

 how I layer a bunch of ColorScience's tinted products

 because there's only half a percent of iron oxides.

 It's not really the perfect sunscreen for me

 because I am very concerned about blue light,

 would find their formulas very enjoyable.

 So let's get a move on and review these two products.

 We're going to start with Supreme Screen.

 It's really designed to target drier skin types.

 And the ingredients in here to give you that protection

 include methylene, biz, benzo, triazoloyl,

 triazoloyl, tetramethylbutylphenol at 2.5%.

 Both of these are very broad spectrum filters,

 So let me go ahead and demo this on half of my face for you.

 that all the sunscreens except for Queen Screen

 require five full pumps to get a quarter teaspoon.

 And so instead of doing five full pumps,

 And you can see that this sunscreen comes out

 So right there, and I'm gonna apply this

 to half of my face so you can see how it wears.

 Now, this sunscreen is very, very shiny.

 it's something that I'm definitely not going to repurchase.

 You guys know I don't like shiny sunscreens.

 even more so than La Roche Posay's cooling water lotion.

 And you will see what I mean after I am done applying.
