I feel like you'd be served fine with a truetone cs12. But I also don't run anywhere near the amount of digital stuff you do, so my experience with what you need is limited.

The Truetone CS12 pro is a little above your budget (£185) but it'll easily do all that, and possibly the line 6 if you look up daisy chaining 9v power together to get more current. I'm assuming you have taken current into account, since you have some digital stuff on there.
