Hurts so good
I had the original Trigger Point grid roller and was looking for a replacement. This was recommended and it’s terrific—much stiffer than the Grid, and it really helps my recovery from exercise. Highly recommended—but beware, it’s a pretty intense ride.

The best!
I have tried a bunch of these things, notably the Chirp set. While I do like the Chirp, nothing cracks like this does. I went on a business trip and this came with me. I will shout its praises to the stars!

High quality
I had a medium density foam roller, and this was just the increase in intensity I was looking for. Would recommend!

Excellent roller, not for beginners.
This foam roller is great. Its ridges really get into your muscles and work out all the kinks you've developed from a tough workout. However, it is one of the harder foam rollers on the market so it will be PAINFUL for beginners.

Not for beginners
I'm relatively new to foam rollers. I've only used a flat one ages ago. This is definitely not for someone who is just starting out. The grooves workout areas in a much more intense manner. I have a lot of knots because I am disabled so I am unable to exercise regularly. My physical therapist had me...

Great TriggerPoint Variation for Deep Tissue Work
I have had a wide GRID style TriggerPoint roller for probably around 5 years that I absolutely love. It is my favorite roller I have every had and it is the best for everyday use in my opinion. It is a nice combination of soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to be effective. This version fr...

Hard as a rock foam roller
I have a couple of foam rollers, but no trigger point ones, so I thought I'd pick this up. About 10 years ago, I got T-boned in my car, and since then my muscles near my scapula act out. While a regular foam roller just touches the surface, this one digs into the deep tissue, providing relief. I've ...

Strong and sturdy
This is a good roller. and I believe it will hold up for a long time. This smaller length, compared to the traditional long roller, makes it easy to take this with you on a trip or to stow away for those with little storage space. The textured ridges definitely help dig into to those hard to access,...
