 I want to encourage you guys to really juice your vegetables.. As a matter of fact, you should focus on juicing, vegetables and adding as much fruit as you need for sweetness. I think that’s definitely the best way to go, and especially juicing things like the leafy green vegetables

--- Update: You CAN trust this company!!! They do stand behing their products and will register your waranty if something kept you from doing it before 10 days! They sent me replacement parts and now it is not jamming! I think its a bit of a hazzle to clean. And that too much fiber gets stuck under the auger. On the good side I don't think it takes too long to prepare the produce. And its pretty fast and juice yield and taste is great

 I guess it makes the time about equivalent to the time people say the Norwalk juicer takes now. To speed things up I bought a $3 large strainer from WalMart and a Huge plastic pitcher to put the strainer on. I coat the inside of the strainer with cheese cloth and pour the juices into the cheesecloth lined strainer. I push the pulp around in the cheesecloth to allow the juice to flow through it when it gets clogged until all the juice is strained into the pitcher (which is faster than using the tiny strainer that comes with the machine

 It takes about twice the time to juice as the Breville centripetal juicer, the juice is the consistency of sludge. Draining it with the supplied strainer is a drag and it is VERY SLOW as it clogs up after just a few seconds..

Cleaning is not as easy as with the centrifugal juicer. There are more nooks and crannies like in the pulp ejector tube and the screen is nearly impossible to clean (glad I had the more heavy duty brush from the Breville to clean it with as the brush that comes with it does not do an adequate job except for the back of it that can be used like a dental instrument to pick the pulp from the open end of the pulp ejector. Having said that, it doesn't take much more time to clean than the Breville centrifugal juicer.

UPDATE: 6/6/16 OK, so I have juiced with this juicer three or four times now. First, I changed my review from 2 to 3 stars because the quality of the juice is by far and away much better than the centrifugal juicer. It doesn't separate in the refrigerator at all. It is a long painful process to get the juice pulp free but I suppose it is worth it to do the few extra straining steps

It works well enough, juices quickly, came packaged properly... It was not described incorrectly or advertised unfairly, I believe I got exactly what I ordered

It leaves a LOT of pulp behind in the auger housing. And the mesh screens require lots and lots and lots of scrubbing to be made clean. I guess "clean enough" would work for some folks who want to get past this step more quickly, but old fruit pulp bits in my fresh juice is just not for me. I wash all the pieces and parts (which includes a filter, scraper, auger, strainer, housing, lid, pusher, and 2 receptacles) every time I make a juice

Seriously, it's a lot of pieces and rather inconvenient, especially given that fresh juice is supposed to be consumed right away and not made in large batches, per se.

I really WANTED to love this juicer, but....

 As I took the juice in through my straw, I could feel quite a bit of tiny pulp hit my tongue. Much more than I have with my high-speed juicer.  I'm not looking for perfection, but I did expect better for the price.

I wouldn’t buy this model again, unless the company makes some changes to the issues mentioned above.

This juicer makes decent juice from a variety of fruits and veggies, it’s quiet, and fairly easy to assemble, once you get the hang of it; but there is lots of pulp, as some other reviews have mentioned. I’m not a fan of that, so I have to use a fine sieve which is time-consuming since I make about 50 ounces at a time. UPDATED REVEW: OK overall, with a few issues/concerns

Overall a decent machine for Juicing.  After using a Breville for two weeks I went with this one and am satisfied.
