Awesome! My thermapen is by far my most used kitchen utensil. I’ve given a bunch of them out as gifts and they’re always a hit. 

Wife signed me up from smoking Christmas dinner for the family. So she got me an early present to help out.

Soo I got a couple gift cards at Christmas, and I figured I'd buy something cool. I want all of yalls suggestions. 

What's something that's actually useful like, on a regular, and not gimmicky?

Cost is w/e, brand is w/e, just tell me about the actual appliance. I also don't really care about it saving me time, I love cooking. I just want it to come to good use. 

Stuff I've considered:

A **rice cooker**. I don't mind making it the regular way tho.

A **stand mixer**, I'd be cool for like dough and stuff. 

A **pressure cooker**, but then again, I don't mind making stuff the regular way

A **digital scale**. I have an analog one and it's not super precise.

A **pasta machine**. What can I say? 

I don't really see myself needing an Airfryer. I have blenders and food processors and stuff. 

I would love to hear your suggestions. What's something that you use regularly?
