You'll gently roll your feet along the rollers, allowing one to two seconds for the roller to cover the entire length of your foot. Your left and right foot should be moving in opposite directions

 so you want to go like this and it feels really good. The more pressure that you apply with rolling, the deeper the need less pressure. If you just want to relax your feet, the last row of the massager with the larger knobs are meant to provide your feet with a deeper stimulation. They are especially useful for reaching the arches of the feet

 Then flip it around this way if you don't want an intense massage and go like this and you're not even really getting to those at all, just a little bit. You can't really tell that I'm using socks because my feet are tickly tickly and I just didn't want to have no socks on. So you're not supposed to do more than 10 minutes the first time and never excuse heed more than 30 minutes. You're supposed to feel more relaxed after you massage your feet and be rid of any prior symptoms of soreness or tiredness

 If you do not wish to engage the larger knobs. simply turn the massager the other way around with the larger knob position closest to your toes instead of your heels and then you're not gonna feel it and you can do that too.  Sit down, put your feet on the roller, and then move one foot forward and one foot back and it's probably going to hurt at first. Kind of breaks up all the tension and releases all the i don't know, I have no technical terminology for this, but it it gets your feet sort of pliable. I get really bad foot pain from being on my feet. I get really really sore and kind of plantar fasciitis symptoms

Cons are going to be: It's not a real foot massage in the sense that it's not like getting your foot massage by somebody. So don't buy this thinking that it is like a miracle massager

I previously had a reflexology massage before and so I will be sure to use the included foot chart to help learn more about reflexology and how to perform it on my family.  This foot massager is the perfect remedy to sore and tired feet, especially when you can't, or don't want to, pay an actual masseuse.  Beware when you open the massager and take it out of the plastic. The coating on the massager is strong and can affect for those with asthma, fume sensitivity, and migraines. Thankfully the included documentation warns of this (good job) so you're not left wondering, "What is that smell?!" The included foot chart is great for those interested in reflexology

 Not too big to get in your way under your desk or at your sofa but big enough for both your feet, which is the point, right?  I've used this thing every single day since I've gotten it (several weeks ago). I put it by my sofa, and when I sit down to watch the news or read, I just roll my feet back n forth for 5 -10 minutes. Voila!  Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it only has one row of the spikes. I kind of thought (based on ad information and/or reviews) that you might wanna avoid those and use the smoother rollers
