 This is the P7MB Blade Irons and in this video it's my attempt to tell you what type of player

 might be interested in trying the new P7MB Irons from TaylorMade.

 I'll talk to you about the experiences we had.

 I'll talk about the performance, the look and the feel of the new P7MB Irons and we'll

 talk about the inspiration and the construction process that goes into the P7MB Irons from

 What player is going to want to try the new P7MB Blades from TaylorMade and with the shape

 of the club this is definitely designed for a skilled player, someone who wants to be

 able to manipulate the club through impact thus manipulating curvature of their shots.

 Our first impressions when getting to see the P7MB Irons for the first time was the

 I would call it very angulated and makes that club very easy to recognize from a far distance.

 As far as the feel and the sound of the new P7MB Irons from TaylorMade I would say very

 pleasingly solid but on the quieter side.

 As far as the performance on the P7MB Irons we always like to compare 7 iron to 7 iron

 and again today I was swinging my 7 iron this club at right at 82 miles an hour and I was

 getting a very pleasing ball speed of 107 miles an hour.

 So that's a really good efficiency for this type of club.

 Now it's not as high as some other irons ball speed wise or smash factor wise that I've

 hit this year but for this type of club I think you could put the performance off the

 face up against any other club on the market of this same type.

 I was getting a very appropriate launch angle of 20 degrees I was getting 5500rpms of spin

 which I would say is perhaps based on the shots I hit today a little bit on the lower

 My height on shots was appropriate right at 78 feet pushing 80 feet and I was getting

 a very appropriate descent angle of 42 degrees so no problem holding a green.

 I was getting an average carry distance with the P7MB swinging at 82 miles an hour of 151

 The P7MB Irons are definitely tour inspired TaylorMade listened to all of their tour players

 and designed a club based on their feedback.

 The P7MBs have a very thin top line they have a very minimal yet progressive offset throughout

 the irons you get a little bit more offset as the iron gets longer and they have a very

 thin sole and my comment on the turf interaction is that the P7MBs you are going to make a

 I found that these clubs and again this is in a positive way the turf interaction was

 very sharp and I am going to remove turf when hitting the P7MB irons.

 That very soft quiet feel that we had when hitting the P7MBs irons comes from a two step

 process they use a very soft 1025 carbon steel as the material for the club head but then

 they also have a 2000 ton press that compresses the club into its shape and gives the club

 a more consistent grain structure for better more consistent feel across the face.

 The face on the P7MBs is precisely milled to give the club very aggressive grooves or

 score lines and that is going to give you consistent spin on your shots for more precise

 If precise shot making with a true muscle back blade sounds like a good fit for your
