I leaked it a little right, but I really hit that well. So guys, that brings me to the end of this review of the TaylorMade P790 II Iron, the UDI.

It doesn’t have a solid feel and makes strange noise. Not as nice as the P770 irons however they don’t make a 770 2 iron. I had these custom fitted like my p770’s but the feel is terrible. I should have gone with a 770 3 iron.

This club is not for hitting into greens. This club is for laying up and off the tee. It does an excellent job for what I bought it for. This club is amazing for keeping the ball in the fairway. Great feeling driving iron. I play a thicker sole 3 iron but this is so much easier to flight up and down. You’d be surprised at how forgiving this iron is. The ball just has that sizzle off the tee with this iron and it’s the punch out dream to keep the ball waist high

Ultimate Driving Iron (UDI 2). Ordered in custom with Steel Dynamic Gold 95 VSS to match my P-790 Irons. It looks incredible in my bag. Very useful for me since I'm not good at hitting my driver in narrow fairway's.

It came as described and very quickly. Its a great alternative to a 2 hybrid. Easy to hit out of fairway but a great option of the tee for someone looking for a great option as a fairway finder.

I bought this club for my son he is a member of his high school golf team. He is a great iron player . This club has lmproved his game by a couple of strokes. He really likes this club.
