Is It Worth It?

 If you see the cable on here, it's definitely really long so you don't have to worry about having like a short cable. And right here we do have the mattress pad so when you guys open up this is what the inside looks right here. so I do have a stretchable option so it's easier for you guys to put on and I'll show you guys how to set up in a second. And when you got the material on here it feels really nice and very soft as well

Does Sunbeam Quilted Heated Mattress Pad Work?

. So just as I'm drifting off, the buzz right in my ear prevents me from falling asleep all the way. Then, not quite a minute later as I've again just started to doze .

 The older one slid off the corners and this one doesn't budge, which is fantastic. The bad: - The control has a very dim backlight, only for the screen that displays the number of the current setting. While the weak, non-intrusive light is appreciated while I'm trying to sleep, none of the buttons on the control are backlit. This is a miss, since if I wake up in the middle of the night and need to adjust the heat I can't find which of the 5 buttons on the control I need to push without turning on a light

  The good: - This version is much more cushioned and softer than the older model. I can't feel the wires when laying on either model, but my older one was more like a thick fleece blanket where this one is a quilted pad. I feel like I'm laying on a cloud, which is awesome. - The newer one stays on my bed much better

 Look elsewhere.  Edit: Added 1 star back, as they did finally replace the product after a few more weeks of back and forth calls. Fortunately, I work at a desk job where I was able to hold for the 40 min sessions to get to a human. 4th or 5th session of this finally netted someone who was able to locate a replacement, after weeks of delays

We purchased our second Sunbeam electric mattress pad since we liked the first one so much. Unfortunately we haven’t had the same experience with this one. We bought the dual control, 20 setting with preheat function for our king bed and after only 5 months it no longer heats up. I have tried to reset it

 Summary: expect better longevity for something this expensive. Has a premium price but doesn't last.

Nice out of the box, controls are easy and when new it would get plenty warm enough using setting in the range 7-9 (out of 20). Following winter we noticed that we needed to set it to around 12 to get the same heat, now after 2 years it has to be close to max (18-20) to just get warm. Summary: expect better longevity for something this expensive. Has a premium price but doesn't last

 Mine is a queen size, so the bed is plenty long, but during the night, my feet will encounter the lump that is the connection point and that annoys me. The pad has a very nice stretchy apron which makes it easy to tuck the pad around the mattress even when the mattress is fifteen or sixteen inches thick (when will the mattress expansion war end???). The apron material is not firm enough to support the electric attachment, but there is no reason they could not have made the center area of the apron of a different material so that the connections could be supported over the end of the mattress and let me not encounter the "lump" during nocturnal stretches.  The Preheat is great, but I think it stays on too long

As it is, I must turn the pad OFF and then turn it back ON in order to reset the PH (Preheat)
