 Can not be repaired. Do we spend this much money to replace the old one, or trust that the new model will last longer.?? Not pleased with the Summit brand, to say the least.

This freezer looks really nice, and everything is working great so far. This is pretty much the best deal for a frost free, built-in, under counter freezer in stainless steel that I could find in this 24” size range (i.e., the size of a dishwasher)

 One who tried charged us for parts and gave up after installing them. The parts did not repair it. I will never buy this freezer again.

The freezer broke within 3 months.  Summit sent a repair person, it took 3 weeks to get parts.  The guy claimed to repair it but it’s still broken, literally get get colder than room temperature.  I have been trying to get a new one but haven’t been able to get anything from Sunmit
