Received for Christmas and made 4 sets of 2 pancakes so far. Pretty simple but read the directions. You must have sufficient quantity and evenly spread oil for the pancakes to release well. Be patient; wait for the better to puff up, edges to look dry and air bubbles to form before flipping the pancakes
