I'm of the opinion that if you don't have basic tools than they are probably worth it lol, but if you are just looking to buy a blowmold set like that I would hunt around for some deals every now and then home Depot has a 200 dollar set half off. Or go rummage through the discount section.

I know Dewalt and Stanley are the standard for tape measures, but I grabbed a Milwaukee one on sale recently. I love it. Feels maximum comfy and honestly the little cheat markings on the bottom can help when moving quick. I’m a fan.
