Just In: SRAM RED eTap AXS First Look Review
Conclusion SRAM couldn’t leave good enough alone, could they? We definitely enjoyed RED eTap for its intuitive nature and quality feel, both of which overshadowed the whole wireless technology idea. eTap AXS builds on that with improved front derailleur shifting, greater versatility, and a fat helping of polish along the way. If you enjoy 11-speed eTap, then eTap AXS is going to be both more of the same, with some substantial improvements along the way for good measure

I’m pretty light so 1/2 kilo in weight one way or the other isn’t really an issue. Cost not really an issue either. Leaning towards SRAM Red AXS, my son has it on his bike and I really like everything wireless and the battery charging and the power meter in the crank is sweet.

Sram or Shimano e-shifting?
No complaints with my SRAM AXS. Works like a charm. Batteries are easy to detach and charge, although you don't need to do that often. Good integration with Garmin bike computer that shows you battery level and gears.
New SRAM Red eTap AXS Max rear derailleur goes bigger on range - CyclingTips
Following in the footsteps of the Force eTap AXS Wide drivetrain that was introduced in May, SRAM has now added a similar ultra-wide-range gearing option for the flagship Red eTap AXS groupset.
The key addition is a new Red eTap AXS Max rear derailleur, which doesn’t actually use a longer pulley ca...

I need help, it won’t shift into first and there’s an extra shift a 12 and I don’t know how to fix it
I have SRAM AXS on one of my bikes, and you absolutely need to manually set the H and L limit screws -- that setup is not electronic!
From then, you have to manually adjust the B gap using the tool, then micro adjust using the controller rocker.
