I bought this case December 2019 and the matte finish is already starting to peel. I like the sturdiness of the device but disappointed that the matte finish is starting to peel all along the sides on top of paying $37 for the case. I don’t know how this product has a lifetime warranty.

 i’ve really struggled to find cases with raised bezel protection for the screen on an iphone 11, and this product was no exception. i doubt it would protect your phone from a face-down drop on stone or concrete. of course you could protect your device with a screen protector, but i would rather not buy a new protector every time it cracks when i could just invest in a case with bezels.

the case material is extremely prone to fingerprint marks and scuffs even from a day of gentle use. it’s also difficult to remove the smudges. i would imagine it gets quite dirty with everyday use. the case is also slippery and a bit hard to hold for my taste, although it does have a nice weight

 This can be somewhat annoying as the other person's end can hear their own voices. The case really shows your fingerprints so if you're one of those clean-freaks, avoid it. Nonetheless, the case does its job incredibly well with a well coverage around the area of your phone with it's cushion-like technology on the inside, absorbing most of the drop to ensure your phone is safe.
