I ordered a Sony SRS-XB23, but am disappointed in the sound quality. Even after fiddling with the EQ settings, it just doesn't have the same fullness of the SoundLink, so I'll probably return it and move up a tier. I've narrowed it down to 3 similarly priced (\~$100-130) options: SoundLink Color II, JBL Charge 3, or Sony SRS-XB33.

My only options right now are the Sonys SRS-XB33 and the SRS-XB23, but I don't know if other brands have LDAC on their speakers. I only listen to FLAC files and I use Wavelet for a more neutral sound on my actual speaker (Xiaomi Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker) and AutoEq for my Headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4, Moondrop Aria, Phillips SHP9500). I won't go over 50% volume and it will only be used in my bedroom and kitchen, so water resistance is not necessary. Best sound quality possible.

Sony XB33 that thing is built like a tank but still easy to open and swap out a blown speaker or battery. Plus it actually has a water and dustproof rating (IP67, max value for dust and debris protection), while the Motion Plus is IPX7 (the X signs no certification at all for dust or debris). Wonderboom is a very solid speaker but the Sony will sound miles better and stereo. Just pick whatever size you prefer.
