Selsun Blue Shampoo

It does say again once it clears up stop using it because it does have selenium sulfide and it 1% but again I just kind of weaved other shampoos back ...

I sometimes use Selsun Blue shampoo as a mask and Clever Zinc Pyrothione face wash from the UK, but I think both will be too stripping now in winter. With seb derm you really have to play around.

I gave the Selson Blue Medicated shampoo a try. Overall I was happy with the product and how well it worked. The only complaint I have was the menthol smell was just a little too strong for me. Others might enjoy it, but not for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

then i switched to Selsun shampoo,this too didn't work. Please suggest some products for the itchy and flaky scalp which becomes red and bumpy when I remove the flakes from the scalp. The itchy patches have extended to the front of my forehead and i have started to lose hair.

To put it into prospective, I take showers every other day and in the morning when I try to tease and style my hair there's flakes everywhere and my scalp gets super itchy. It's not dandruff though, I got it checked out by a dermatologist and she ruled that out. So far I've tried the Aveeno Apple Cider shampoo/conditioner, Shea Moisture Moisture Retention shampoo, Selsun Blue Moisturizing shampoo, and a variety of others from Head & Shoulders. None of these helped me with the itchiness or flakiness even after extensive use.

Selsun Blue Moisturizing Aloe Shampoo (selenium) is gentle on the scalp and face. Head and Shoulders Manuka Honey Shampoo (selenium) is a little stronger. Head and Shoulders Supreme Color Protect Argan Oil and Manuka Honey (zinc) is gentle on the scalp and face. Treatment is left on for 5-10 minutes.

Great for sensitive scalp. Sometimes after using a bunch of oroducts your scalp tends to get irritated, and this helps to calm it down. I like Selsun Blue shampoo, apparently its tougher than Head&Shoulders. Though it's available OTC in the US, but requires prescriptions in other countries.
