Select Blinds Classic Cordless Blackout Shade

The mechanism is incredibly tight in the Select Blinds product (you might break the plastic handles while pulling it down), and even after reaching out to customer support and trying all their techniques to adjust the tension or modify the blinds, we've realized it's the product itself that's advertised falsely and is just very poor quality. There's a reason they don't do refunds--it's likely much cheaper to replace a very poor quality blind than it is to sell a good product in the first place. This set of cellular shades is very light, opens/closes unevenly, and requires an insane amount of force to pull. Please don't make the same mistake we did, as we're now out $660 and have to buy a whole new set of blinds for the house.
