This stack, the Magnum OD 3 + is gon na, be my recommendation.

It also has much better repairability as you can just unscrew the rear casing if you need to replace the battery, for example. Also, it has much better battery life (13 hours vs 9). Again, I can’t stress how seamless this thing integrates itself between your phone and headphones. The app is every “audiophile”/audio nerds dream, it allows you to control every minute aspect of your headphones and does so in a greatly intuitive, natural feeling manner.

For the rest, very clear mids and highs. Vocals sound great. As for the volume I get *a lot of sound* at 2/3 'o clock on the volume knob at low gain on the Schiit Magni.

I am extremely happy that I bought this Amp. Been using the ifi Zen Dac alone for a long time, and felt like upgrading my setup. Sounds amazing and clear, adding alot to your headphones. In order to get use of the headphones away from my main seating area I also bought a dragonfly black. It’s a pretty good little device. Good clean power as long as you’re not expecting huge volume.
