Scheps Omni Channel

Really though, it's Omni Channel that I would swear by. If you get it, and use it, and learn it --- you'll find you use it "all the time, everywhere." Scheps designed it to be universally flexible and it's just like a magic swiss army knife. I even tested Scheps Omni Channel on the mix bus as a final mix processor and it worked for that, too!

Give me Pro-Q, Decapitator, Echoboy, Valhalla Vintage, and some kind of channel strip plugin (Scheps Omni, CLA Mixhub, Metric Halo, whichever.....), and I will make you a mix.

Throw in Pro-L and I'll make you a loud mix.

I want to recommend Scheps Omni Channel because it's become my favorite *similar plugin* and it does have that feature. By default everything is off, to maximize CPU, and each section becomes engaged when you turn it on or interact with a knob. It's a ridiculously good plugin and over time I've come to use it everywhere, for everything.

I'll add the Scheps Omni channel to this list. I think it's the best general use EQ Waves makes, and the preamp section is handy, as is the de-esser and noise gate. And you can insert other Waves plugins into the Omni channel for more options.

i got the scheps omni channel and the cla mix hub. both are great one plugin solutions to mixing. the scheps one being my current fave. better than those though, i got some more acousticmac sound panels and positioned the ones i have better in my room.

For me it’s the Scheps Omni Channel and the SSL-G channel. I use those two together on pretty much every mix.

Super underated one I've just discovered that does some effective boosting. MV comp. You can put it on vocals, bass, leads, anything that needs a boost
