 I would even be willing to pay to get the locks fixed, but still haven't heard anything from them and this was over 7 months ago. Also, like the other reviews have said, it is difficult to get 4 bikes on this rack if they are similar in size. It is nice that it folds easily and was not too difficult to assemble. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Saris Freedom Superclamp Ex Platform Style 4 Bike Rack Part number: Sa4026f. The Saris Freedom Super Clamp Ex is the perfect bike rack for carrying 4 bikes of different styles. As you can see here, we're carrying a Fat Tire bike, a mountain bike, a road bike, and a women's bike, But we can also carry children's bikes and bikes with alternative frame styles. It holds our bikes by the front and rear tires

 with all of my cables run, I'm going to come through with my key, unlock it, push them down, and then lock it back up. With all of my bikes loaded up and my cable locks run, we can go ahead and take it out on our test course and see how it performs. Here at our test course, let's first go into our slalom. This is going to show side to side action such as going around corners or evasive maneuvering, then onto our solid speed bumps

 For compact storage, we'll use that same lever push down, raise it up until it snaps in. Now, this is ideal for pulling in your garage or a tight parking spot. So very DISAPPOINTED!

I bought my Saris clamp through a Trek dealer who helped make right a dangerous flaw in the Saris Clamp for heavy e-bikes; I bought the Saris Clamp specifically to carry two 60 lb Trek ebikes; the standard EX (not HD) model comes with a built in wobble at the hinge that really leaves the rack "rocking" when loaded. When I returned it to the dealer, they helped contact Saris service, took video's etc and Saris initially said that amount of "play" was normal, but sent a replacement arm (the piece from car trailer hitch/receiver to the hinge where the bike trays are mounted) for the EX, but it was exactly the same amount of "play", so the Trek dealer said that Saris had started selling an "HD" model with a full 2 inch arm that was super sturdy; Saris wanted to charge me $100 for the HD upgrade, but my Trek dealer had one there and swapped it out for free; PROBLEM SOLVED and ALL IS GOOD! So, if you are getting Saris clamp for heavier ebikes and/or going to be carrying multiple bikes, I would get the HD model from the start. I bet that Saris (based on all the review comments here that were similar) will stop selling the EX model for heavier loads or find a way to reduce the "play". Overall now happy with my Saris HD Clamp for my ebikes and feel safe to carry them over the road
