However, zips broke. Samsonite did not fix it, warranty ended and now cant get anyone to fix it as they say it has to be original zip.

Having purchased a number of Samsonite bags before, this is by far one of the best made bags that Samsonite have made. It is comfortable to wear and very spacious for all your work essentials. At £78, this is the cheapest place to purchase the bag as well. Highly recommend.

Having got through 2 Tumi backpacks (broken straps..) finally came Across this bag when the bag is on sale at Amazon. The bag is the perfect size for commuting and has some very handy pockets. I would recommend this bag.
