Rogue Spotter Arms

Rogue’s are the least cumbersome to use and more accessory pieces are in the works (i.e. connecting rotating bar). The 35” option suited my situation best with a shorter 80” rack, 89” ceilings, and are easier to manipulate as a consequence (vs 42” REP ISO arms, 50” Sorinex Jammer arms, 48” Rogue standard length). Most of the reviews that I read and watched all indicated that the shorter arms are preferred.

I've dropped a 500lb squat on my Rogue R3 spotter arms and the rack didn't even flinch. So basically... if you want cool stuff for your rack, go all out and get the 3x3 1inch hardware rack. Otherwise, don't feel pressured to "upgrade" to a bigger rack for no purpose. In terms of types of racks... it depends on the layout of your gym.

Literally built like the anchor on a ship, Rogue has not only created a phenomenal piece of equipment but has also taken steps to use protective rollers and glides that ensure no metal to metal contact with your rack. The arm articulation is incredibly smooth with some side to side play but nothing to noticeable. Installation was very simple (with my buddy it took us 45 minutes or so).

[Update]. Ended up buying the Rogue spotter arms again as it actually came back in stock this morning (now sold out).

We put Rogue ML spotter arms on our PR4k and due to the slight difference in Rogue's true 3 American inches vs Rep's/Titan's metric conversion of 3 inches to 2.95 inches, the arms were drooping a bit with too much play. The barbell would immediately roll to the end of the arms.
