 You need a squat rack, squat stand, power rack,

 and I'm here to tell you why the Rogue SML 2C

 is an excellent choice for home gym enthusiasts,

 There are 12 different colors that you can choose,

 you have the choice of a 1.25 inch pull-up bar

 or a standard fat slash skinny bar combo.

 I chose the 1.25 inch bar because having two bars,

 one over the top of each other was just awkward to me.

 You can always opt to get like cannon balls

 rather than using the fat and skinny bar over the top.

 including the spotter arms that go along the side

 for safety reasons and for me, lifting by myself,

 because if I can't get something else up,

 because you can't get that full range of motion,

 but I would rather be safe working out by myself

 But the coolest thing is that everything on this

 is compatible with the Monster Lite series as well,

 so there are a plethora of things that you can get,

 And this, really why I purchased this in the first place,

 has my needs increased from just my personal gym

 I can continue to upgrade the stand as I see fit.

 For example, Rogue has this half-wrack conversion kit

 and I am looking forward to getting this in the near future

 because it literally converts this stand

 You can have all the weights on the back.

 The unit by itself weighs just under 160 pounds.

 It does have a 1,000 pound weight capacity,

 but for everybody else, it's gonna work out great.

 and lower the pull-up bar just to make it functional

 but with me being five foot eight inches,

 If you're super tall, then that might be a little bit short

 and your feet are gonna be touching the ground

 depending on the exercise that you wanna do.

 Both the base and the uprights are 11 gauge steel,

 and the uprights being three by three inches.

 You can upgrade the uprights to include numbering.

 when you are changing the J-Cups around.

 It just takes a lot of the nightmare work out of it

 and trying to figure out, oh, is it level, is it not level?

 Because I mess around with that all the time

 with just a labeler or even write some stuff on some tape

Finally got it set up! SML-2C and flecks. Need a stand for my nuobells and some wall storage for the bar and bands and I'll be set... For now. JK prolly gonna convert to a half rack within the week.
