 This thing's pretty sturdy. Today I'm on the unfinished part of our basement, which we kind of call our workout room. Really it's my wife's workout room. But today I'm down here to install a Rogue foldable weight rack, and I want to walk you guys through this and share this process with you

 So I take out the temporary screw one at a time, pre-drill, and then put in the provided lag bolt. You could see how much everything weighed. You could tell that it was built with strength. I mean, it's built with 3x3, 11 gauge steel, so you knew it was a good quality product

 All right, so right now the rack is fully folded up and is put away in position. Just to show you how easy this is, I'm going to unfold it for you and show you how this works. All right. that's it that's all it took so I don't know how long that took but it wasn't very long all I would have to do now is pull down the bench put the bar on put the j-cups on obviously and it's ready to go since we purchased the rack we've bought a few accessories my wife and I work out at different times so we definitely wanted to get the safety arms we invested in the safety arms for when we're bench pressing or squatting they are awesome they are way overbuilt they're ginormous yet again they're built by they're built with three by three 11 gauge steel they are amazing and they're just like the j-cups that come with it only they're so much stronger definitely something I would highly recommend the next thing that we bought was the dip bar I think they call it the the matador I think is what it's called on their website the dip bar is awesome I was a little bit worried about this one because you're hanging off the edge of it and it really doesn't matter if it's mounted square perpendicular to the wall or parallel with the wall in whatever way you want to look at it it doesn't really matter which way it's mounted it's just as sturdy you can get on there and do all kinds of stuff and it's it's not moving around it I really really like it and I think that's quality another accessory that we bought was a bench and we elected to go with their folding bench yet again where the folding thing is kind of a theme since it's such a small area down here the bench folds up and it hangs on a hanger on the wall it's really nice as well they really designed these things to be easy to use and easy to fold away and it folds away and it stores really really easy all right I hope you guys enjoyed the video or at least I answered most of your questions for you if you still have questions please go down into the comments below and let me know I'd love to help you out with anything that I can as always please like and subscribe and stick around for some of my future content I've had a ton of projects planned and like always I'll see you in the next one

I want to share some of my final thoughts and reviews with this thing, because I want to answer some of the questions that I really wanted to know, and I didn't know going into this. ROGUE Home Gym Folding Rack | DIY Install & Review | RML-3WC

 Today I'm on the unfinished part of our basement, which we kind of call our workout room.

 But today I'm down here to install a Rogue foldable weight rack, and I want to walk you

 guys through this and share this process with you.

 Alright, so this is what it looked like when it arrived at our door.

 I have to say these things were really well packaged, especially for how heavy they were,

 and they came in six different packages.

 Alright so as you can see, the first thing that I did was just lay out all the parts

 so that I could get an idea of what came in the package, and then I found all the tools

 that I thought I was going to need, but didn't end up needing half of them.

 I read through the instructions multiple times, and then I looked at them again, and again

 Really, this step ended up being pretty easy.

 All I did was bolt on the arms to the vertical components of the rack.

 So now we're back on the other side of the basement, and the first step was to mark out

 Yet again, I used the same stud finder I did in my last video, cheap one from Lowe's, had

 All the studs came out 16 inches on center, so we were good to go.

 Here, I'm test fitting the first arm exactly where I want to place it, making sure that

 it's level, just so I know where to install the bottom stringer, and then the top stringer.

 On the lines that I marked out earlier, I'm just putting in a set of screws, I think these

 are three, three and a half inch decking screws, just so I can hold up that stringer temporarily

 to see if I have the right placement and fitment.

 Now it's time to put the stringer together.

 I'm using the outer set of holes for this rack.

 Each piece is attached with a nut, a bolt, and then a locking washer.

 All right, now I'm going to install the bottom stringer, so I'm hanging it first on those

 Then I want to take a quick measurement to make sure the bottom of the bracket is four

 inches from the floor, and that's what they mandated in their assembly.

 Now I'm putting a drill bit into the drill so that I can pre-drill the holes for the

 So I take out the temporary screw one at a time, pre-drill, and then put in the provided

 And I repeated this process for all of the bolts.

 Next I wanted to test fit the first arm, just to make sure it went well.

 I couldn't use the measurements and the instructions, only because I lowered the arm down one hole

 so that I could mount my pull-up bar lower, because of our ceiling heights.

 Then I installed the top stringer the same way that I installed the one on the bottom,

 making sure that they line up and that they're plumb with each other.

 Then I installed both arms with the hardware provided.

 Now it's time to put in the pull-up bar, and the two arms have to be separated a little

 It attaches with a pin just like all the other attachments.

 Using the last assembly step is pretty easy.

 Using the four pins provided, we're going to lock the arms in place so they stay perpendicular

 to the wall, and those slide in pretty easily.

 Alright, it's been a while since we installed the rack, and my wife and I really couldn't

 I mean, really, as soon as we took this thing out of the box, we knew that it was quality.

 You could see how much everything weighed.

 You could tell that it was built with strength.

 I mean, it's built with 3x3, 11 gauge steel, so you knew it was a good quality product.

 But then once we got it up on the wall, we really knew that it was going to do what we
