Since I have nowhere else to share this: my Ohio power bar arrived this week and I’m so stoked. Goodbye chrome, no knurling fitness gear bar, hello torn-up hands.

Even though the bar feels great for warm up weights the knurling is not agressive at all and it came covered in oil which is fine but annoying to clean up overall it's good for the price but not recommended for heavy deadlifting without straps
