Rogue Adjustable Monolift - Monster Lite

 What's up YouTubers? Today I'll be reviewing the Rogue monolift. This is the Monster Lite version.

 Each one of these is about 29 pounds. The pins are, I mean this part right here is 5 8s.

 This is sitting on my Elite FTS collegiate rack. As you can see from up there, it fits pretty well.

 The holes on the collegiate rack is a little bit bigger but it's fine.

 As you can see, it doesn't fit too well but it's pretty solid. As you can see, let me shake it.

 It doesn't budge. I'm shaking it pretty hard.

 It's pretty solid and if you're really afraid, you can pop the pin in from back here.

 I can't do this with one hand. But it's pretty solid just by itself.

 I'll demonstrate. I use this for squatting. It's very handy. I don't even need to walk out but I actually love this for benching.

 Normally you have to reach all the way back here to unmount the rack. This you can just bring it right here.

 It's all the way at chest level already so you just pretty much pick it up.

 The monolith falls back. Do your lifts. Come back up and just bring it back right here.

 I actually love using the monolith for benching more than I do with squat. I originally bought it for squat but I actually found it more useful for benching.

 This thing is pretty awesome. It really helped me out on setting myself up during my benching.

 If you have the money, this is a nice luxury item for your power rack.

 It's a monster light so it's 3x3. Make sure your rack is 3x3.
