The Rocky Mountain Blizzard 20 is not only reasonably priced but also an impressively capable fat bike. Rocky Mountain broke the traditional mold by giving the Blizzard a somewhat more aggressive geometry, especially the slacker headtube angle of 67-degrees. Due to the fact that it is longer and slacker than the competition, this bike has a notably more confident feel when pointed down steeper or slightly rougher terrain. It's still a rigid bike, but it feels more composed than most other models with more conservative geometries. The seated pedaling position is comfortable, and this bike plods along flat terrain and moderately pitched climbs just fine. The build is budget-oriented but perfectly functional, and the massive 4.8-inch tires have heaps of traction to help dampen the ride.
The biggest gripe our testers have with the Blizzard 20 is the weight. At over 35 lbs, the Blizzard is among the heaviest models we tested. This weight makes it feel a bit sluggish all around but is especially apparent when climbing. Our other concern is that with such massive rims and tires, the Blizzard's dirt riding versatility is somewhat diminished by the weight and drag. Despite these issues, we feel this is a great fattie for snow, sand, or adventure riding, and an affordable one at that.

 Feels more slack feels climbs better probably it's a little heavier but you know it has like a steel fork or something my other one had a carbon one but I like this way better so really stoked on the blizzard 20. Oh I love my c-dropper I could just raise it just now okay so the Rocky Mountain blizzard 20 has the 6061 SL series alloy frame it's a 100 millimeter bottom bracket zero stacked tapered head tube internal cable routing which is great because I had a c-dropper so I was able to get that one installed got 190 millimeter dropouts the fork is a basic Rocky Mountain aluminum kind of heavy I mean this is a basic bike right it's got the Rocky Mountain branded stem and handlebars which are 760 millimeter feels like a good ride I don't know the measurements on that some Rocky Mountain grips Shimano MT 201 two piston brakes basic you know but they're fine. The SRAM VSA Dub which is the newer size bottom bracket cassette is a SRAM PG 1210 11 to 52 the drivetrain is SRAM's entry-level eagle the SX inexpensive and it works great and it gives you the eagle gear which is amazing front hub is just a Rocky Mountain rear hub is a sun wrinkle rims are Rocky Mountain speed hole 95 millimeter tires are the maxis and then it has a W2B saddle thing about this bike is is an entry-level fat bike with decent components like they're decent they're heavy though that's so fun right now so good good Thanks very much what the heck nice well we wrote you a note you didn't write us a note shout out to Mike thanks for the deal and for putting on my dropper he hooked me up and come check out a shop and see what you can find there and pick up from him he's got some great deals and shout out to Rocky Mountain I always love their stuff this is my second Rocky Mountain I now have two bikes from them I now have the Blizzard and the Instinct super stoked on that and I can't wait to get out and ride it
