Those dash cams were $50 and were amazing. Now trying to replace them, all i find is junk, every camera is overpriced, terrible features, and some company just slapped their branding on it to overcharge us. It's all a huge marketing scam since the software inside is simple and universal, but they know they can charge a premium. I ended up settling on a Rexing V1 and it cost me 3 times as much and doesn't even have the same features as my old cheap one.

I bought this dash cam a couple of years ago and it has been very good for my use. I wanted a dashcam that used a supercapacitor, because the summers here are pretty hot and I didn't want to have to worry about temperature affecting it. This unit fit the bill, and I've not had any reliability issues...

I have a Rexing V1 Gen 3, have had it for 2-3 years. A year ago it pooped out, memory error, replaced card, updated firmware, just won't record anymore. I need a replacement. I don't want a dashcam that is suction/adhesive attached to the windshield.

I had a Rexing V1 camera which stopped working after I had to take out the memory card to download some videos. Contacted the customer service. They asked me to buy a new memory card. Did so, but still did not fix the issue. Then they asked me to buy a new camera. Since I did not know any other dash...

For a front facing camera I would suggest the REXING V1. It’s 50 bucks on Amazon. I have one and I’ve had no issues with it for a few years

The camera is nice, user friendly, good quality with videos and photos!! The only downside to this camera is, you have to download the app and connect your phone to the camera Wi-Fi signal… the APP itself is outdated, slow, video lags, freezes.. and it take FOREVER to download a clip to your phone… ...

Restarting it makes it start recording again. There is no sound alert to say when it isn’t recording. Rexing V1 with a Sandisk high endurance 64gb both bought in 2019.

The camera works as intended and at a much higher quality than most similarly priced cams, however the application is still lacking like most others. It freezes, takes forever to connect to camera, half the time says I don’t have a connection to the service even though it’s a Bluetooth connection 2 ...

I have a Rexing V1. It does not hold up to the high heat my car experiences here is Las Vegas. (115 outside. 170+ inside my car.)
