 I returned the RAV because I think the Anker's advantages outweigh its disadvantages.  Some subjective notes: - The 18mo warranty is clearly stated in the Anker's product description, while the RAV requires product registration. - The RAV comes with an obnoxious card that basically says "Review our product, join the club and get free samples, etc." I don't appreciate when companies stack Amazon reviews with pandering "unbiased" reviews from quite biased reviewers getting a free ride

 - I think RAV's marketing approach on their product page is sloppy and unprofessional. Front-loading the product title, star symbols, CAPSLOCK, etc. Anker's is cleaner and more readable.

On the one hand it does the job. Charges my USB-C and Quick Charge 2.0 devices very quickly (slowing down as you charge multiple devices, but not unreasonably). Charges quickly via its own Quick Charge input

  This is not what I consider a "portable" device. This is going to be the battery pack you keep in a bag and not your pocket. It could make a home in a cargo pocket, but the weight alone will be a nuisance. That's the sacrifice you expect for this big capacity though

First, I would like to point out my title. I noticed that both devices that are from the same series but different model number, have the same reviews. I just got my device today and I'm very happy with it so far. My device came mostly charged, probably around 75 percent

Criterion one would still be ok as it did technically last me three weeks, HOWEVER, my trip is not until the end of August, so now I have a 20000+ mah battery pack that does not charge at promised speeds because the quick charging portion of the device just stopped working, I now have to either purchase a type-A to type-C adapter or use a cable that has those connections (which will not charge at pure type-C speeds [Criterion 2 and 3])  I am not normally one to leave reviews but I had such high hopes for this power bank and when it was working properly I would have happily given it 5 stars. However I was ultimately disappointed with my purchase.

Usb type-C port failed after exactly 3 weeks.

 They have far better looking battery packs at your local thrift mart than this. it is a erectable slab of cheap plastic. They didn't even make the battery rubberized, its a grainy slick generic black plastic battery pack. The ports are not secured and its performance strugglers to even be acceptable, but it does at least spec wise match its description

 I can't believe how bad RAVPower dropped the ball with this portable USB C battery pack. It is without a doubt the UGLIEST and CHEAPEST looking portable battery I have ever seen. They have far better looking battery packs at your local thrift mart than this. it is a erectable slab of cheap plastic
