It logs their time and activity as zero, even when you know they've been on for hours. I again emailed customer service, and they reported that there is no way to fix this but to add each website individually to the "blocked" list as they are discovered. However, the nature of that service and that teens are using them, makes it very difficult to ascertain what they are using

 Also, they have discovered that by swapping out the hard drive, it also negates any and all parental controls.  I guess you can only hope that you stay more tech-savvy than your children (and those who help them hack out of these parental control software programs). I have not been able to.

Lets you know what apps the kids are on, but doesn't let you see what they are doing in the app, except Facebook, if you download another app, but my kids tell me "Facebook is for old people." Kids are using Snapchat and Instagram nowadays. It doesn't help me so much to know he is on Snapchat 26% of his online time if I can't see what he is doing on there. I can turn Snapchat and other social media sites off altogether, but I can't seem to limit them

 I liked a screen time app from screentime labs that you can get from Google play store, cannot get on kindle. I like the feature of blocking their tablets from my phone when it is time for dinner or something. Screen time app was great that way. You can block both of their tablets at the same time with a message "time for dinner"
