Broken power cord/ company would not replace

This chest freezer arrived with the ground (third) prong broken off the power cord. After much hassle with the manufacturer, they said they were out of stock on power cords and that I should contact Amazon to return the chest freezer that had already been unboxed and would be a huge hassle to return...

Our favorite is just being able to see everything in the freezer! I wish the doors slid closed by themselves and because every now & then a child in a hurry forgets to slide it closed, but otherwise a great deep freeze!

Perfect size, shape, ease to reach and can see your food

Delivered earlier then expected. It’s sharp. Doors slide and you can organize your food and see it. We keep the lock in it because the doors slide and can easily be opened they don’t “latch” so that’s our only issue.

Very happy. I couldn't find any freezers anywhere after the Rona took over! This one was expensive but freaking worth it!!! Very happy with my purchase!!
