I have been constantly reaching for my 0.3 Pentel Smash; I have a custom leather grip on it with some GRCT b lead, and it's honestly one of my favorite pencils to write with lately. Considering my collection, it feels almost shameful to use this as much as I do. I think if I could have a pencil that had the lead sleeve of the Smash with body aesthetic of the Pilot s30, Dr. Grip Ace grip area, the auto mechanism of the Orenz Nero and Kuru Toga rotation... I'd probably never buy another pencil again (okay those were some harsh and most likely untrue words but you get it).

[ Question #1 ] - What would your Frankenstein build consist of? Using your favorite aspects of pieces from your collection.

[ Question #2 ] - Anyone have a 0.3mm mechanical pencil with a 4mm lead sleeve? I feel like the elongated sleeve is why the Smash feels so good to write with, so I'd like to buy a few more.

3 translucent green, and Pentel P205 metallic purple...3 best makers, 3 best sizes, 3 nice colours, all for 50 bucks

I'd probably get a GraphGear 1000, a Rotring 600 and a Uni Ball Kuru Toga.

Great performance, not so great tread life

Very loud inside the car at 35k

  I stopped by Discount Tire to have them take a look. They said the right rear is down to 2/32 the left rear was 4/32 and the fronts are at 5/32. They told they can't warranty the tires because two of them are above the 4/32 threshold and Michelin will not cover them. I have always have made sure the alignment is correct and the vehicle is very well maintained

  I’m pleased to see this tire’s availability of sizes has expanded and now covers the OE wheel sizes.  But, I’m most pleased to see that it’s now available in 325/30ZR19 which I plan to switch to for my rear 19’s.  Now, I won’t have to tolerate the “stretched” look for the rears I currently have, which I don’t particular care for.  By the way, this tire is excellent in the rain too and the ride quite nice as well
