This one is not as good as my last one. The brush head does not stay on the handle. I'm constantly pushing it back down. The one I had before lasted for many many years. This one seems much "cheaper" than the last.

No pressure or speed adjustment on this model. Unit too strong and tough on my teeth, and cannot purchase the standard brush head for sensitive teeth as they are "out of stock."
