I find my Panache Ultra High Impact sports bra to be flattering and minimizing. It's a bit hardcore to wear all day long, but it's pretty amazing. It makes my womanly self *feel* athletic, and I can move in ways I never could before. I can run without surreptitiously holding my boobs!

UK size even though sizing information gives US

Got the bra in 32H bc it stated it was US sizing not UK. That was not the case so of course it is too big.

Looking for a high intensity/no bounce sports bra for a 36G

Enell, SheFit, and Panache Wired (Ultimate High Impact) are the sportsbras commonly recommended here.

I like the shape the Panache Ulta High Impact gives me. It's a great bra. It doesn't work for all shapes, but my fullness is fairly even and it works for me. I had to sister size because the band was tight for me in my regular Panache size.
