This panache sports bra is tight but because it actually has enough room for my boobs, the pressure is only around the band which is amazing. It keeps everything lifted and in place with great support all without being too constricting in my shoulders/neck where it would cause a headache.

The two things with the panache sports bra is that the band runs really firm (a lot of people prefer a bigger band in that bra) and you might find the cups don't match your shape very well since your shape is probably on the shallow side. My advice is to order from a place with a good return policy and go for the recommended size first.

I wear panache sports bra and wear a 36g. I actually used them before my reduction too (not sure what I was but I'm thinking at least a k) and I could comfortably work out with them. They're expensive but i wont run unless I'm strapped down so they're worth it haha.
