We've went through several scoops as they keep breaking on my husband. This one is holding up great so far. It is a very solid sturdy scoop. It's a simply basic style, a bit on the heavy side which makes it more sturdy and solid

What a waste of money! The "stainless steel" on the scoop started to peel on just the second use! Complete junk. As another review mentioned, this is not stainless steel. It's a zinc alloy with a chrome coating made to look like it's stainless steel. OXO sells a real stainless steel version for $15 which I'm sure works much better
