It’s a good product, works as expected but I was installing it on the inside of a cabinet door and the screws were too long. If I screw them in all the way, they will puncture through to the other side. Would be a good idea for them to include two more screw sizes for different use cases.

The concept is great, however, it just didn’t work for us as our lids have large knobs on the top that prevent more than 2 or three (max) lids being placed onto the rack. So not really satisfied with the results but it is what it is. We use the Calphalon cookware.

The bolts provided to install were too long, would possibly go all the way through my cabinet doors. Instead I just installed it inside the cabinet. Works pretty well, doesnt hold all the lids I wanted it to..only small to medium sized lids.

We received the organizer in the mall quickly, but the installation hardware was completely missing. We can't even set it up in our house. I tried going to the product support website, but there was no way to contact anyone to get help.
