The worst product I have ever purchased

This company has the worst customer service and product I have ever encountered. My boox device locked me out after only a few months. It didn't recognize my pin or finger print. Boox customer support sent me an instruction video with Google drive that didn't play, and instructions that didn't work....

Battery pushed itself out of the case after 4 years

4 years is long but want to bring this to any new users attention - this is dangerous. This is not a note5 but the previous model note 3.
