Best Smoker under $350

For all the people saying Weber Smokey Mountain, I’d suggest an Oklahoma joe bronco instead. Imo, it’s a better designed WSM. It’s a drum style smoker just like the wsm but it has a hinged lid, indexed air intake and exhaust, built in hangers to hang ribs or sausage, etc.

Temp on gauge was reading 45-65 degrees low compared to my digital therm. Full basket of kingsford with 4 chunks of hickory pretty much burned up after 8 hrs at 230+-10 on a 7lb brisket.
