Ohuhu XL Reusable Gel Pack for Hot & Cold Therapy

Price is ok but overall I would’ve been better off buying the same reusable hot and cold pack I first bought because it doesn’t last as long as the brand I first bought.

I have shoulder and arm pain, and it helped it feel better. Two things, it’s somewhat heavy for me. And it’s very difficult for me to wrap the straps around by myself. My husband does that for me. Once it’s on and strapped, it’s very convenient that it holds itself on my arm.

These gel packs are great. I just put them in the freezer and and use twice per Day. They stay cold and frozen for a long time. I use them for my knees. It’s a good product. I’ve been using them for three weeks. So far so good.

The hot pack does work and does get hot. I wished it retained heat a little longer but just a quick microwave gets it warm again. It does have a distinct odor when you microwave but its been less noticeable the more I use it.

These are really great ice packs, I highly recommend. They dont get too stiff and remain pliable. Wish it came with 2 sleeves with straps as it only came with one sleeve and straps.

It is great, the only reason why i didnt gave 5 stars is because the rubber inside will dry out and crack after a long rest. It lasted me maybe two years before cracked.

They are perfect when you have a bad lower back because it covers the whole back, they stay cold for longer than the other ones that I have, very pleased with these.
