I would steer away from brow pomades/creams/gels because those are harder to work with and can make your eyebrows look cartoony if you’re not an expert. I really like the NYX micro brow pencil. I would just start filling in where your brows are thinner and then use the brush on the other end of the pencil to blend it.

It is a perfect color for blondes, not reddish, not too light or too dark. If you are like me and have sparce eyebrows, it does not stay on well. If you have thick eyebrows, it will probably be fine. It is a very fine pencil, but it goes on easily.
