Didn't realize this was a base for glitter products. I thought this was a eyeshadow primer with glitter.

Also, NYX Glitter primer is the best primer out for getting stuff to stick an stay on all day long. I used to have a really bad problem with *super* oily eyelids and my eyeshadow not staying on. I tried every primer out there until I found this one. It's supposed to be used for heavy glitter application but I found it works wonders for eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara not rubbing off.

This product does exactly what it claims It will. It’s not sheer at all though, it’s kind of thick so if you’re looking to use this as a primer and for something to go on top of it, it won’t work very well, but for some added pop or to use alone, It works very well.

They affordable and great quality. If you have an angled blush brush and a highlighter brush (not a fan highlighter brush), eyeshadows can also be used as blushes and hghlighters. Milani Eyeshadow Primer and the Nyx Glitter Primer are affordable and work really well.

When I put chunky glitter on, sometimes the slight pigment to the glitter glue diluted the color and shine to my glitter. I wish it was clear and that is my only complaint.
