Nordictrack 2950

This model carries the better warranty of their commercial treadmills, which you can find on their website. It's a nice touch of extra peace of mind given I expect this to last a while. Likewise, they seem to be willing to sell through any channel partner. As a result, what that means is you can find this and the other treadmills in their line on sale for close to cost from web based etailers who drop ship orders.

That cancelled the Nordictrack 2950 I was considering. I previously owned a Precor treadmill, which lasted 14 years with no maintenance whatsoever! What I really wanted was a Life Fitness 9500 Club Series but at almost $8 or $9k, it wasn't happening!

I junked my NordicTrack 2950 after 3 months of pure hell dealing with support due to quality issues. My partner won't approve spending $4,000+ after I've already wasted $2800 on the NordicTrack. A friend recommended the Lifespan TR5500i to me, but when I look online, there's three similar models that have all over the place pricing.

I have a Nordictrack 2950 and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. We've had it for less than 2 years and it has been broken or malfunctioning in some way much of that time. Nordictrack (Icon Fitness) customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of and they don't honor the labor part of their warranty and it's like pulling teeth to get them to honor ANY of the warranty.

area… coach you and essentially distract you from the pain of the workout like an in gym coach does doing group workouts ;-). Back for the story $.02. I also recommended we get the 2950 mainly because of the screen size. Which I’m happy we did as the iFit sessions and guides are better with the bigger screens.

I have a NordicTrack commercial 2950 that I love to death. 15% incline, 3% decline. And it’s very quiet. I love how solid it feels… IFIT is really so nice to use on it!

After checking rating and review sites to get recommendations for the best treadmill then visiting the manufacturers websites, getting quotes and comparing costs and features, we landed on the NordicTrack Commercial 2950 and the Commercial s22i Studio Cycle for our home gym. (The Peloton Tread and Bike were a close second as well as Bowflex).

Would prefer to buy new as I've had multiple used treadmills that have failed on me. Been looking at the Proform Pro 9000 and the NordicTrack 2950. While they look like they have decent build quality, it doesn't appear to have support to stream anything other than iFit.

I have the 2950 treadmill which was making a cranking sound when the program call for inclines. I called, they listened to the noise asked to see it via video. They ordered parts and contacted a tech to come and repair the treadmill. I was back in working order in four days.

After owning the 2950 treadmill and S22i I can not recommend buying anything from NordicTrack or anything Icon fitness makes. I really like the iFit programs but the equipment is very problematic. The quality of components, customer service and support network is extremely poor.
