 I don't understand why Nordic Ware polish their bundt pan to remove the burrs and make it smooth. I am going to order one more time before I send this one back. I wouldn't want the third one to be worse than the second one.

My pan is very rough and not smooth on the inside. I want to return but now they are out of stock. Not the standards for Nordic Ware.

UPDATE May 31, 2017: I just had the opportunity to test the following Bundt cake pan and it is even better than this Nordic Ware pan. The aluminum/steel pan is actually heavier than this pan, and, most important, the silicon non-stick coating is much thicker than the non-stick coating on this Nordic Ware pan. Right now, it only costs a few dollars more than this pan, but I really suggest you take a look at this offering from USP Pan:USA Pan Bakeware Fluted Tube Cake Pan, Warp Resistant Nonstick Baking Pan, Made in the USA from Aluminized Steel . It really is a superior product

Like many of us, I have spent a good part of the pandemic perfecting recipes I have long used. Have a great lemon blueberry pound cake with always was slightly overdone on the outside by the time it was fully cooked on the inside. This pan solve the problem. It is thicker than the lower priced bundt pans and I think that make all the difference
