The Nerf Longstrike Modulus has a very inventive design with an array of configurations. It can be used as a short barrel blaster, or you can attach an extended barrel, or then set it up as a bipod with extendable legs to the barrel. The Modulus scope can be attached in any configuration. It includes three six-dart clips, two of which get stored in the stock while the other is attached to the blaster. 
The lone complaint about the Longstrike Modulus is that the bolt-action setting on the side is a bit awkward and slow. If your goal is rapid dart deployment, it will be better to go with a battery-powered blaster or a manual model that is easier to set.

I'm nap town Newark And this is an unboxing and review of the In Strike Elite Modulus Long Strike and this came to my door late last night I Didn't actually even see it till this morning when I left for work and I'm pretty sure that's what's inside here, so let's crack it open and see what we got. and that's what we got inside. So you get your main blaster, you get your stock that once you attach, is not detachable unless you do a modification for it. and I'll probably do a mod guide for this at some point, but we'll go ahead and throw this on here

 Push that forward and we'll see what kind of performance we're getting here. I Seem to have recent pop so I do believe we have Elite internals. Alright, so this does look promising. I'm really excited to get this thing out and put it over the chronograph and on the range

 I Mean if it's a sniper, it should be fairly accurate, especially at like 3540 feet right? We'll see We'll start out with some Modulus Elite darts and then we'll move to some a key fakes wide left Oh almost one more. Well, those elite darts are just not very accurate. Let's try again with these a key fakes and I'm gonna move a step or two closer just because they aren't gonna go quite as far. This short Again, one more step closer

 So maybe this really doesn't have those sniper skills that it's really designed to have, but it definitely looks like one. Really like the added components they've put on to this edition of the Long Strike with the bipod and this new scope I Think that's really cool. Really love that this bolt is removable. That's going to be great for modifying the internals for storing it on walls

Doesn't shoot very far considering its a SNIPER RIFLE

Be sure to practice clearing jams. You will need it.

 -When attached, lining up a shot through the scope required raising your head from the cheek rest on the stock; the iron sights line up perfectly from this position. -This blaster is expensive for what you receive. The attachments are clips are practical, but the original Longstrike retailed for around $25, and this one should be going for $55 or under to make the package a good value. Overall, I would recommend the Modulus Longstrike

Elite Performance at a High Price

 You have to pull the trigger all the way back, then you have to pull the orange thing on the side, and the cartridge comes out. I would not recommend this gun for youngsters, because it is pretty big and hard to manage. It has a lot of power, and the scope is pretty accurate. Your arm can get a little sore if you hold it with all the attachments, but if you rest this will not happen

 But be careful! Here is a general overview of all the pros and cons: Pros: Very powerful, good accuracy, easy to detach and reattach parts, and lots of ammo can be stored in the gun Cons: Very big, kind of heavy, bullets can curve to the left, and hard to shoot because it is so big Overall, I would definitely recommend this gun for people ages 11-30. Of course, if you are an older person, it is good for you too.

I bought this for my 8 year old Grandson and in the box it seemed like a whole lot of rifle, and it is. its long and kind of hard to manage for our Grandson and he's a large 8 year old. If your buying for a pre-teen I think it will be fine, if your buying for younger kid don't be afraid to put it away for Christmas, or a summer birthday maybe. You could build a firefight arena and make a sandbag DFP and prop this weapon up on bags for defensive firepower, or buy some camo netting and set up cool sniper firing position

 Its pretty cool, its worth the money, and I think its kind of a limited edition deal so having a long range weapon, priced really fair, and limited production to too much to miss out on for the spoiled (loved) kid!
