I absolutely love it. It's one of my favorite pieces of gear, so anyways, that's it for today the nemo fillo.

For a pillow, I recommend the NEMO Fillo. You can put your TV in the V your feet make when you're in the hammock.

Inflatable gives you great adjustability, but most inflatable pillows are annoying long term. What I use is a NEMO Fillo (\~50 USD), which is an inflatable with some memory foam that makes it feel like a standard bed pillow. You can dial it in and it feels great.

I use Nemo Fillo Elite pillow, but I use 2 of them. 1 will not keep your spine level. What I do is inflate the bottom one to the max, and then the 2nd pillow I inflate to perhaps 80-90%. It has a nice little release valve that you can let out juuuust the right amount of air till you have the required support.

I just picked up a Nemo Fillo and it's the same issue despite having some foam in it. To side sleep I have to delfate it and fold it in half. Because it's mostly air, the thing rocks around and doesn't have a stable base for my head.
