The Mystery Ranch In and Out 19 and 22 liter packs are good. The specs call for a 2 liter bladder on either, but the proportions on bladders vary so much that I would just go trial and error on that. They have good shoulder straps and are feature rich for a packable.

I went with the Mystery Ranch In and Out which is fine for city, and doubles as a bag made to hike as well. Little bit bigger when packed down than an Osprey, but it's fantastic.

I recently got the Mystery Ranch in and out 19 and used it everyday on a 10 day trip for various uses and I loved it. Not sure what your needs are but for me it carried everything I needed and I just bought a waterproof cover so that side should be covered. Nice looking pack aswell.
