Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation

It suits my skin tone and am so happy 🤩 I have oily skin and this foundation layers like a dream, no greasy residue. I'm yet to find out how it's gonna be post oxidation. It gives me a beautiful finish, doesn't make my skin greasy (tbh how do you differentiate between dewy and greasy skin?!). I wish I could share a pic, but then I'm scared 🥺 Someday I'll get past this :).

The color is a bit darker in person, so if you feel like it’s your matching skin color through the screen, suggest a lower number/lighter shade.

To be honest, foundation or makeup in general is not really necessary in one’s routine. If you have a bunch of acne marks or discoloration, just spot-correcting these areas would be doable. You don’t have to force yourself to use them if you feel uncomfortable. But if you were to start, try with drugstore options first like the Maybelline fit me foundation and the loreal concealers.

I like how matte it is, but it settles in fine lines and accentuates them. Lines that aren’t normally visible become impossible to ignore.
