  That said, the non-stick is supposed to be PFOA free so it should be non-toxic. I easily bent the edges back for perfect flatness, and in use, this pan works just fine. Nonstick as stated, and my tart came out a perfect golden brown.  Also, I went for a “used-very good condition” for $13 shipped, so less than half of full price, and still $7 less than the next-best rated tart pan from ATK

Made a big mess!

. now that I know to spray it with oil! The crust of the first tart I made in it stuck horribly to the bottom, even though it's supposed to be non-stick. Using the spray oil solved the problem completely and now I'm 100 percent happy with it!

  I was annoyed but the hopes of a high quality tart pan to make a delicious salted caramel tart swirled through my head and I ordered a replacement rather than opting for a refund.  The replacement arrived and you can guess what condition it was in. There is no excuse for scratch marks like that on "new" nonstick pans. Also, for those who may not realize, scratches that deep ruin the nonstick properties of the pan and can create a bigger problem down the road

Arrived with deep scratches. . .twice.

 One trick after we buttered the form (before adding the rolled out dough) was to put it buttered for 5 minutes in the freezer so the butter becomes hard and forms a rough surface. This way the slippery non stick surface doesn't cause any issues when shaping the dough in it. The quiche backed great and was easy to remove. We did NOT cut it on the metal button, rather slided the quiche on a wooden board to serve

 Just a single band of packing tape to keep the bottom attached. Look at the other reviews - this seems to be a common problem. Second, it isn't any better than the cheap Chinese crap that I bought it to replace.  Hoping that the scratches aren't too deep and the nonstick ability isn't lost. Will update this review if I'm happy with the performance.

Ordered twice, and it was scratched both times.

 The pan felt pretty cheaply made as well. I'm not going to use a scratched nonstick pan for obvious safety reasons. The return has been slow and not easy to manage, unfortunately. Avoid this product
